These Terms regulate the contractual relationship between you and us concerning booking arrangements and payment handling for automotive services. We are committed to delivering a secure, straightforward, and efficient booking process for all customers.
Terms constitute a legally binding agreement governing your use of our website and booking platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms together with our Booking Policies.

- Our liability is limited as described in Sections C and D below.
- We are not responsible for the performance, workmanship, or outcome of vehicle services, as these are carried out by independent mobile mechanics (see Section D).
B. Definitions
Auto Services
Repair, servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and vehicle inspections performed by independent mobile mechanics and arranged through this website.
Booking Policies
The terms relating to confirmation fees, cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments, and any additional charges. Customers must review these before finalising a booking.
Mobile Mechanic
An independent automotive professional who provides vehicle services and may be listed or promoted through our website.
C. Our Role
Our website operates strictly as a booking and referral platform. We connect customers with independent mobile mechanics who trade under their own business names and manage their own operations and schedules.
All agreements regarding service details, pricing, payment arrangements, guarantees, disputes, parts supplied, quality of workmanship, or service outcomes are made directly between the customer and the assigned mobile mechanic.
We do not mediate disputes, assess liability, or issue refunds for completed vehicle services. However, we may assist by providing the mechanic’s contact details to help facilitate communication where required.
Once the appointment confirmation fee has been paid, the auto services are purchased directly from the assigned mobile mechanic — not from our company.
D. Service Information and Limitation of Liability
Our website advertises a range of repair, diagnostic, inspection, and maintenance services delivered by independent mobile mechanics. We may provide service descriptions, estimated pricing guidance, and booking coordination assistance.
Mobile mechanics are not employees, representatives, or agents of our company. They operate independently and are solely responsible for the legality, safety, quality, and workmanship of the services they provide.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, delay, dissatisfaction, or dispute arising from services carried out by a mobile mechanic.
E. Mechanic Availability
We aim to connect customers with a local mobile mechanic whenever possible. If no mechanic is available at your requested location or preferred time, we may allocate a professional from a nearby area.
F. Booking Policies
Non-Refundable Confirmation Fees
Once paid, the appointment confirmation fee is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your booking.
Failure to Provide Service
If we are unable to assign a mechanic, or if the scheduled appointment is not attended by the mechanic, you may request a full refund of the confirmation fee.
Sharing of Contact Information
Your contact details may be shared with the assigned mobile mechanic solely for the purpose of completing the booked service.
Cancellations Beyond Our Control
If circumstances beyond our control prevent the appointment from going ahead (for example, mechanic unavailability), we reserve the right to cancel the booking and will provide a full refund of the confirmation fee.
G. Payment for Auto Services
All vehicle services are purchased directly from the assigned mobile mechanic. Prices may vary depending on the vehicle’s make and model, your location, urgency, complexity of the repair, and parts required.
Before any work begins, customers must confirm directly with the mechanic:
- Hourly labour rate
- Diagnostic fees (if applicable)
- Cost of parts
- Estimated total repair cost
